Dr. Stéphane Vincent is the Founder of Briye Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to expand access to education, digital opportunity, leadership formation, and youth development in Haiti. His work is grounded in the belief that talent should not be wasted because opportunity remains inaccessible.

Dr. Vincent is a scholar-practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of institutional trust, diaspora systems, digital finance, public-sector transformation, and human-capital development. He is also the Founder of 620 Strategies, an advisory firm focused on trust-centered growth, cross-border finance, diaspora markets, and institutional modernization.

Through Briye, Dr. Vincent extends this work into youth opportunity and civic investment. The Briye Scholars Fund reflects his commitment to building a disciplined, dignity-centered model for supporting promising Haitian students whose education can strengthen families, communities, and institutions over time.

Dr. Annie Graziani serves as Secretary of Briye Inc. and is the Founder of Sovera, a research-driven leadership and workforce transformation firm focused on helping organizations align human wellbeing with sustainable performance. Her work challenges the false separation between people and performance, emphasizing that stronger outcomes are possible when systems are designed around meaningful contribution, wellbeing, and human capacity.

Dr. Graziani brings more than two decades of leadership experience across digital transformation, executive strategy, organizational change, and business development. Her doctoral work at the University of Pennsylvania examined the relationship between workplace support, wellbeing, productivity, and the lived realities of working professionals.

At Briye, Dr. Graziani’s role as Secretary supports the organization’s governance discipline, board coordination, documentation, and institutional rhythm. Her formation and systems perspective will also help Briye build a scholarship model that does more than provide financial assistance; it will help students develop confidence, discipline, purpose, and the support structures needed to thrive.

Narah Timmer serves as Treasurer of Briye Inc., bringing a financial-sector operations background and a strong stewardship lens to the organization’s founding Board of Directors. Her experience across investment, insurance, financial services, nonprofit, and media environments has shaped her ability to work with discretion, structure, confidentiality, and operational discipline.

In her current role at Aflac Global Investments, Narah supports onboarding, employee training, HR policy guidance, compliance-sensitive hiring processes, benefits communication, employee engagement, workforce reporting, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR operations. Her prior roles at KKR, Investec, The First Tee, and Viacom included executive coordination, expense reporting, records management, budget support, confidential communications, event logistics, and board-facing administrative support.

At Briye, Narah’s role as Treasurer is central to the organization’s commitment to responsible stewardship. She supports the financial discipline, recordkeeping, operational coordination, donor accountability, and internal controls needed to build a credible nonprofit from the beginning.

Khedher Khoshhal is a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles in Riyadh, where he leads Heidrick Consulting in Saudi Arabia. He advises boards, CEOs, and senior leaders on strategic transformation, organizational change, leadership effectiveness, board effectiveness, and performance culture. He is also a doctoral researcher in the Penn Chief Learning Officer Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where his work further deepens his focus on leadership, learning, and organizational transformation.

Khedher brings more than 25 years of leadership and consulting experience across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. His work has focused on large-scale transformation, operating model redesign, executive coaching, leadership development, and the design of adaptive, purpose-driven cultures across public and private-sector organizations.

At Briye, Khedher brings a global leadership-development perspective to the Board of Advisors. His experience will help Briye think carefully about organizational culture, leadership formation, long-term institutional discipline, and the development of young people as future builders.

Dr. Sharon M. Ravitch is Professor of Practice at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, where her work integrates human and organizational development, leadership, management, psychology, anthropology, education, and organizational theory. Her scholarship and practice focus on applied research, adaptive leadership, organizational learning, equity-centered change, and the development of systems that can learn and respond in complex environments.

Dr. Ravitch is a widely published scholar and author whose work has shaped conversations on qualitative research, applied inquiry, leadership praxis, sustainable change, and practitioner scholarship. She works with leaders, teams, organizations, governments, NGOs, schools, universities, and civil-sector institutions on learning, evaluation, inquiry, and adaptive change.

At Briye, Dr. Ravitch brings deep expertise in research, education, leadership development, equity, and Haiti-informed development work. Her guidance will help shape the reflective, ethical, and learning-centered dimensions of the Briye Scholars Fund.

Dr. Hervé Boursiquot is an education policy researcher and specialist in the sociology of educational policy. He previously served as Director General of Haiti’s Office National de Partenariat en Éducation, known as ONAPE, where his work focused on strengthening education-sector partnerships and supporting a more structured approach to collaboration in Haiti’s educational system.

Dr. Boursiquot’s expertise spans higher education, research, training, professional development, educational project design, and the relationship between education policy and national development. His research and professional work reflect a clear conviction that serious investment in higher education, research, and development can strengthen Haiti’s economic growth and help position the country closer to the technological axis.

At Briye, Dr. Boursiquot brings an essential Haiti-based perspective to the Board of Advisors. His understanding of Haiti’s education system, institutional realities, and partnership environment will help ensure that the Briye Scholars Fund remains grounded, credible, and aligned with the long-term development of Haitian human capital.

Henry Mbom is a corporate governance and executive compensation advisor whose work focuses on the relationship between leadership, accountability, incentives, risk, and institutional performance. His expertise supports organizations and boards as they think through executive pay, governance structures, stakeholder expectations, and responsible decision-making.

Henry’s work brings a disciplined understanding of how institutions protect credibility through sound governance, clear incentives, and responsible stewardship. His perspective is especially relevant to organizations that need to build trust early and maintain confidence among donors, stakeholders, and the communities they serve.

At Briye, Henry brings a governance and accountability lens to the Board of Advisors. His experience will support Briye as it builds transparent practices, responsible donor stewardship, and a serious operating culture from the beginning.

Pierre Point du Jour serves as an Advisor of Briye Inc., bringing extensive experience in healthcare leadership, nursing education, clinical case management, public health outreach, and community-based service. His work spans hospital systems, veterans’ care, nursing faculty roles, health services management, and educational program development.

Pierre has served in case management roles within Veterans Affairs healthcare settings, including work with homeless veterans, mental health care coordination, inpatient case management, substance-use support, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary care teams. He has also held faculty and curriculum roles at institutions including AAHC School of Nursing, Unitek College, Southern Adventist University and Strayer University, where he taught nursing and healthcare management courses and helped develop online health services management curriculum.

At Briye, Pierre brings a grounded education, health, and community-service perspective to the Board. His experience as both a clinician and educator aligns closely with Briye’s commitment to supporting young people through opportunity, discipline, mentorship, and practical pathways toward professional contribution.
